Amending a Trouble Report

Once a Trouble Report has been submitted and the current status is "Associating Info" or a later status then certain aspects of the Trouble Report can be amended up to the "Point of No Return" (also known as "PONR", this is the point at which the repair job is downloaded to the engineer's laptop).

The following aspects of a Trouble Report can be amended:

• Time Related Charge Banding
• Appointment Date
• Structured Questions answer and additional notes
